Brian and I were reunited in Destin on Sunday. I had spent the previous three days (July 4th-7th) celebrating my best friend Heather's bachelorette weekend at the
SanDestin Resort. What was supposed to be a beach weekend turned into movies and manicures during the days due to thunderstorms, but we had such a great group of girls that we still had a fabulous time! Luckily it stopped raining long enough at night that we were able to get out and celebrate. One of the highlights was discovering
Flow Tribe, a band from New Orleans, at
Funky Blues Shack.

It has as been quite a whirlwind since Brian and I officially hit the road, but I'll let him tell you all about it!!!
P.S. For those looking for a beach retreat that sleeps 6-8, I highly recommend the
Turnberry Villa as it was close to great restaurants, bars, and the beach!
